Is Payoneer good for US PayPal?

Hello comrades!
I have an idea to register Payoneer card on my real name, and to receive it in Latvia. And after receiving I will activate my Payoneer, and will have US bank account (routing and account numbers). Is it a good idea to add this Bank Account to my US stealth account with good sellings and profit, to withdraw my funds to Payoneer account, and to use this money here in Latvia with Payoneer Card?

You won't be able to add it to your US Paypal account as new Payoneers cannot be added.

Have to find some other way to get my funds witohut losing lots of % for transfers.

Also the account holder name for payoneer must be the same as paypals ,right?

Slight mismatch worked fine for me but I have benn warned from more experienced members that major mismatch is an issue.

I have used Payoneer with minor mismatch as well not complete mismatch

It is preferable that the names should match.

Just to confirm Payoneer still works if the account has already been added to Paypal.

Paypal have been blocking the addition of Payoneers to accounts since about July / August last year.

Yes, as I know PayPal doesn't see the name of bank holder anyway. And I have used few BA with the different name previously for the US stealth accounts, and everything was fine.

The problem is never with Paypal over mismatching names. It is with the bank. The bank rejects the deposits and then Paypal takes issue.
