Reliable VCC (not Entropay)...

Hi everyone, I have found Entropay to not work well with etsy, I presume because it doesn't confirm address?
I am wondering if there are any reloadable VCC cards (UK) available to create etsy with and the add funds to pay the seller fees.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

However you could simply buy another 3v voucher and then transfer the funds to the old 3v card number. Although they do charge excessive fees, if i can remember.
