Default How to lift withdrawal limits on paypal new platform?
I added a credit card to my paypal (new platform) and I can't find a way to initiate the $1.95 charge to confirm it.. any one know ? before it was easy but now Ive looked through paypal and even search their help section and comes up nothing. is it hidden somehwere?
