can i use stealth PP to buy from same sites

I made a new stealth PP account after mine got limited, I am using PP for purchasing from some sites digital games etc, can I use my new PP with these sites normally, I mean I am registered on these sites with my info there, does these sites share my login info and my data to PP or they only get money and that's it..

Why didn't you register with stealth infos on the sites you are purchasing your digital goods?

because I am on a VIP level there now which get a discount due to my purchase history..
