This is one I've never come across before. I sent out a £7.00 (including delivery) item a few days ago. Message from courier saying problem with address. Contacted them and it appears buyer not known at this address. But address sent same as both eBay and PP. Emailed buyer twice through eBay and once direct with no response. What do I do next? Do I report buyer to eBay? Do I ask courier to return item ? ( bearing in mind they MAY charge me) Do I refund buyer?What is the motive of the buyer?

Dont flag up your account by reporting it, just swallow the loss, you have proof it had attempted delivery if they ask, and you have emailed them.. Rsot might be right but feedback building is normally for the 99p items from the instant feedback sellers..
Keep an eye out for negative feedback from the buyer. Just in case.
I had someone leave negative feedback 6 weeks after placing their order. They claimed it never arrived yet didn't once contact me or put in a claim. They just left the neg feedback. They didn't even ask for a refund- fishy
