PayPal account and country IP

I am wondering what will happen if I will use my country IP to open US or Italian PayPal?
Is that a concern for PayPal?

its a concern for any account, paypal or ebay.

always use an IP located in the country of the account you are using. ALWAYS.

You are probably allowed to open it but, as soon as you do any operation on it, it will be limited.

Your IP has to match the country of your account. There are solutions like VPN.
Check /www.24vc.com or 123 store.

that is new for me, I always done it,., till the last week for years...
never had a problem.
but since last week I get some issues

I do not know for your country but I speak for mine and for other counties that I have read of from the forum.

This is a general PayPal rule. It might have been working for your country until last week but now it doesn't work anymore... and it will never be working again.

I guess you are right. anyways it wont hurt to match the IP

It is a huge red flag for paypal to see an IP from a different country. I'm surprised you were able to get away with it for so long......
