Stealth account and mas pay

Hi, what are the chances about phoning paypal and getting a mass payment feature added to my stealth account?
Its just something i really need.

Very slim, most older accounts had Mass Pay option. It's very nice as no 21 day holds for the recipient that you sent funds to.

yea last time i tried they want to see sales for 3 months, so ill sell nice for 3 months and see.
BTW mate, if the stealth account is full verified by paypal, do they always hold for 30 days if its fully verified and all limits lifted ?
