You go to walmartgift.com to activate it
(will it work to confirm paypal and ebay?
is it bad if I paid for it with a credit card in my name?
can i buy things on ebay with it? (not things going to my house?

KROGER cards work for Amazon. CONFIRMED. Made an individual one with it last night

hey pirate,
i have the same issue myself.i used the walmart prepaid visa on the pp end and it worked.now i have the ebay re-imbursement thing come up.were you able to use this wally prepaid visa on the ebay end sucessfully? i need a credit card of some sort to be able to list.ebay knows vcc's,that will just get you suspended sooner or later.any advice from anyone? thanks.

Knowing where people live makes a huge difference when giving advice. For example, do you know for a fact that there are Krogers in the Dominic Republic?

Ummmm. I am certainly not going to see where everyone lives for each and every thread. USUALLY, people put UK or somewhere if they are anywhere OTHER than US.
So if he fails to specify D republic, Im going to assume that person is US based......
