Had Personal account to Business

Had to upgrade a personal account to business for tax 1099, because I wanted to use ein. Had the account for 6 months

After I was done, It direct me to

Its asking for SSN and DOB,
IS there a way around this or I screwed up.

Anyone here help? I done personal to business before and it never ask this. This first time i seen this. Do think this is glitch? With there new layout, anyone had a same problem?

People have been reporting this lately. What seems to be working is adding the last 4 of the EIN number.
