I see nothing wrong with MikeTyson's answer, I mean were not the forum test dummies....people need to do their own testing and maybe waste some of their time/money in the process and then report back.

Why would the money be wasted. Just use the $25 gift card to buy something ;-)

Actually I said that as a broad statement....people also ask about banks but don't want to spend their own money opening their banks to see if they work.

There are an endless number of prepaid cards and banks offering prepaid cards. If you are looking for a new card to try, simply buy one. Stealth forum is about helping you get back on ebay, but we can't hold your hand through every step.
