Withdraw from limited account?

Is it possible to send a "request money" from an unlimited account to my stealth account for the exact same amount of money which has been limited?

If a PayPal has been limited you will only be able to withdraw to a bank account when PayPal allow it

You can't send money when your account is limited. If they give you the go ahead after 45 days or 180 days that your funds are eligible. Attach a bank to it and then withdraw.

How about is someone else requests money from my stealth? Can then I accept it so the money leaves?

This morning I had about 20 emails saying "your funds are now available" but when I go into the account, I cannot withdraw because it's limited...... - confusing.

No. The email suggests we part ways because of my risky activity. Yes the account is permanently limited.

But why today have I had emails stating my funds are available and when I try to withdraw, I cannot??

If it was permanently limited yesterday, you will not be able to withdraw the money today.

Sometimes you get the money released gradually every 30 days or it can take up to 180 days before money is available to withdraw.

Just called them. I need to at 180 days....
