Hide phone number from eBay

I have a mobile number on a stealth account but no longer have access to it. eBay want me to call their Account Security Live team to reinstate an account of mine.

Firstly, I've never called this number, does anyone have any idea what they may ask me? I've just uploaded a bunch of documents.

Secondly, is there a way to block my phone number from them if I call from a landline? Is it 141 you dial before calling out?

If I call, any idea what they would ask me? This account was suspended for 3 years after a 'test listing'was taken down. I've recently uploaded documents to have it reinstated and now they want me to call them?

I have the info for the account but t's stuck on an external hard drive that I'm having problems with.

I know the name, address, user name, password and DOB for the account.

If I call, is there any way I could bluff my way through? Would they ask what my security questions were, because that's where'd I'd get stuck.
