I think competitor is Veroing me

Hello peeps.
Hope all is good.

I have been doing a test with an item I sell.
Other people have been selling it and there are two maybey three accounts that have been selling them for a while.
I have had the item on four different accounts and have been veroed on it after it has been up for roughly a week.

So like i said , there are defiantly two accounts selling this item and have been for a long time and have not been hit with a vero.

I know for a fact that these sellers do not have the permission of the company to sell them.

I was just wondering if maybe the other accounts have set up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ company and have been hitting everyone ells with veros so there is no competition for them?

Is this possible to set up a company and start giving veros out?

Any info would be great .

I don't think its that easy to become a vero member that someone could just setup a f+ke company.

Probably using other methods if it is actually him doing it.

I always wonder this too with some of my listing, it always seem someone else is selling without getting vero...

They probably provided good invoices at one point and don't get hit with removal anymore. Has happened to me few times. Once I proved I was authorized seller, never got hit with vero again. Pretty simple!

Are you approved vendor of the products you are selling?

My guess is the seller produced photoshopped or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ receipts of the items to eBay

But why? OP is not an approved seller so he/she is in same boat as competition. Competition is always part of selling...well, most of the time

At the end of the day, if neither of you are approved, authorised sellers then I don't understand what the whinge is about?

how would you possibly know if the other seller is allowed to sell something? Sounds like a huge assumption to me.

Assumptions are what drive the topics of threads, though....

I mean how dare that seller have more than me.....

Instead of looking at their MO, and improving their own standing, they look to the Dark Side.... and potential disaster.

Hopefully the OP will see other approaches to deal with competition.

realdeals , im not whingeing about it.

I know for a fact the other seller is not authorised to sell the item.
The item is in a gray area.

I just think that the odds of me geting listings removed on a few accounts and this guy getting none removed and still selling is very fishy.
He has about 1000 feedback so not a big player.

I just dont understand why mine go down and his stay up.

I dont beleave in informing on others , competition.
But I expect others will to try and eliminate competition.

So I would have though if it was possible to set up a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ vero id and take out the competition some peeps would be all over that.

That seller might also have another well established older account.

I got the same problem like "wrighty" with windows keys - my listings will be removed by vero but competitors not. why ?! I asked ebay but they're telling me nothing.
