You probably started listing too soon, they'll probably want you to call and ask you some random questions, sounds like an MC999 which is pretty common.

listing too soon has nothing to do with anything...

1- listing may items
2- listing 2 or more vero items at the beginning
3- linked yourself by IP
4- linked yourself with pictures
5- starting price
6- discription

there are endless reasons for will cause killing your account, once you started using the account it is your action will decide if your account will survive or not..

Most of the users here will start with " I did not do anything wrong !!" :D
there is a reason if ebay shout down your account.... your case I think!! they linked you and they want to make sure that you are not the same person..

1- listing may items

maybe this is the reason as I have only listed 3 items but 20 quantity on each low price with best offer
Also I did it a week after as the guide told me to...

The items you listed after a week were more than likely considered "high risk" by eBay. Also, they don't like to see multi-quantity BIN listings on a brand new account. How could a brand new seller already have stock of a product? I auction random household stuff for a week or so before I start listing my "bread-and-butter" items.

Don't try to live the stealth guide, it's better to read the experiences of other forum members.

now you gave more information...
you listed 3 items each item QTY 20 total 60 items per week ( That is a bit high ) think as a beginner on Ebay ( as you should to act like )...are you going to risk paying fee for listing 60 items in 1 week before you test selling?

then you might be a returner or you have anther account or you do not have plans to pay them Fee ( from them point of view ) that = Risk

Now 2nd week more items ... that is fine BUT!!!!
did you sell anything from the 60 items you listed? did you shipped? are they delivered?

Who ever think Ebay is just bots or manual review then he will ended with dead account.

Summary.... new account ( BE A IDIOT BEGINNER ) yes you can list from the first second ( even a phone ) but do not go banana too..
1- list
2- sell
3-ship
4- deliver
...Again

that is the plan you should consider. that is why you can have as much accounts as you want..

LOL, I do really enjoy how people give out information.....First it was 3 items then it turned into 60 items. People need to start providing all the information needed for us to help....it's like pulling teeth sometimes and a waste of time.

LOL.......Your right, or... "I listed 1 item" then 10 post into the thread they tell us they listed a $5,000 High Risk Item and say "Could it be that I listed a High Risk item?"

i always list a item right away when i create the account, just so i know if it passes the first listing lol if it gets taken down, sometimes i call sometimes i just toss the account and make another one no big deal.

It's the "Sometimes" that makes it not worth my approach...I rarely deal with tossing accounts
