 First Business (LLC) Account Question: eBay + PayPal
I want to start a new legit business with eBay due to my previous business selling account was limited due to "out-of-stock" defect rate > 2%.
Here are few questions regarding this matter after finish reading the stealthbook.
1. Can we register the LLC by using UPS mailbox address?
"Yes", I found the answer for this one.
2. If register the LLC in Nevada/Delaware, how can you handle the tax documents eBay or PayPal sent to you? (assuming eBay & PayPal have the address of Nevada, but we are from other states)
Answer found, doing tax as same as usual business in your state.
3. How can you register the LLC in Nevada:
Internet base business is not a transacting business in most state, sweet.
