Paypal ERROR - BA/CC - unlinked! FEB-19-2016

Hi!
Did you notice taht Paypal unlinked BA/VBA and CC/VCC from your account?
I mean Yesterday i had 100% verified account- today just 60% Verified.
Also i logged in many times, and paypal shows different percentage : 60% -80%

I checked my wallet: all my BA/VBA and CC/VCC are still linked in Paypal.
And they are stil alive .

Also available ballance is unavailable - i checked it in "classis design"
