 Amazon account suspended
Hello, I have been dropshipping on Amazon for 4 months, I use ebay to buy my products. So I got 2 complaints for inauthentic products but both of them were authentic products. Now Amazon has suspended my account and is asking me for this
1. Copies of invoices or receipts from your supplier issued in the last 180 days. These should reflect your sales volume during that time.
2. Your supplier’s contact information including name, phone number, address, and website.
3. Any additional details you would like us to know
The first product I sold is about 50 and the second product I sold about 14. I have Ebay invoices but I don't think Amazon allows that also my customers address is on the invoice not my. I am confused and don't know what to do. Can I create ⊗⊗⊗⊗ invoice any good software out there ?
