what does it mean when people say they are selling Vero?

i know its probably a dumb question but was just wondering what this meant. was searching through old threads and didn't see exactly what this meant. any help is appreciated.

VeRO stands for Verified Rights Owner. It is a program set up by Ebay to help protect intellectual property rights.

Many members on here refer to the term "VeRO" when they actually mean "counterfeit". The two are completely different.

VERO is an Ebay Program, basically any Company can sign up. They have the rights to take down listings they don't want.
