I see some seller selling VCC for PayPal withdrawals? is it real? Does it work in US? How that works? Please share

Withdrawals to VCC, or debit cards, works only in countries where withdraw to card is allowed by PayPal (e.g.: mine) not US.

You cannot withdraw to VCC in the US platform of Paypal

You cannot withdraw to a VBA. You need a real bank account
