stealth account paypal SSN social number

I use own my paypal and now It's closed by paypal (limited issue) I will use steal the paypal account.
and I think I have to add SSN or EIN.(over 200/20000)
after using stealth account paypal ask need add SSN...
Can I add my SSS or EIN on the sealth paypal account..? (Both number added on limited paypal account aready...paypal trace SSN or EIN .....?)
I need advice

Its fine to get an EIN and then add that to the PayPal but it must be a new EIN

Your info must be new.

You can not re-use old banned info.

Look for posts by jeffweico, yankee in your search. There are many posts.
