PayPal's GUI is notorious with these types of errors and glitches.
Try using the mobile app in some cases; it uses a completely different route for processing requests than the web site does.

Please provide this information by January 11, 2020. If we don’t receive it by then, we'll need to limit your account, and you won’t be able to receive payments.
Does this mean I should be able to get my money by then or not????? | It’s happening on business accounts that have collect your money.

So you guys clicked on collect money ->transfer money -> Something's not right page.
Right?
On the PP end they don't even show you attempted to the withdraw the funds btw.
So it's like the same issue we had a few weeks ago.
no limitations on the account, no other flags etc. Account is clean.

PP said that this is caused by a customer paying with Express checkout payment.
So PP wants to fully verify the account with SSN.

So are you saying we can't withdraw until we verify our account and that basically our accounts are toast and they have our money? If so, I had all of my eggs in one stealth basket for 12 years and now an ungodly amount of inventory with no place to sell it. Now what do I do? Ugh.

Someone paying with express check out is causing the error page on the transfer balance page? That doesn't sound right.

I'm just passing along all the info I got while talking to the PP rep.
I don't think it's the type of payment honestly, I think she was just guessing a problem.
But she also said that when one of the customers gave her her SSN, the funds went through.

I also received the beneficial ownership email. Anyone let that play out? Did your account get frozen? Or has anyone found a way around it, providing ownership details.

If you don’t then your account will be limited and you won’t be able to receive any payments.
I doubt anyone will do anything yet, hasty decisions are the worst decisions.

OK folks, here's the temp solution until they fix the site:
Log in to paypal, once there go to the URL: Code: https://www.paypal.com/wdfunds And do a transfer from there. Just confirmed it on multiple accounts having this same problem.

Oh, Hell, I just moved all mhy stealth eBay accounts to MP .. using all true info, company, personal ... .etc . .. 10 of them all opt in. There are duplicate info among them. So far so good, I even chat with eBay rep on the setup, they do not seem too concern about how many eBay accounts U have, what they concern more is really the info you put in and also helping me change the info if I needed.
I will cross my fingers to see what next, but now I start seeing the sales money go into eBay payment, not to Paypal anymore ..... waiting for the payout to my bank accounts ..

Yea that was a really good one.
Phazor's solution a few months ago worked and this is certainly out of the box thinking.

I find it hard to believe they'll limit all stealth accounts just like that in January.
