Reload(F5) is NOT the same as CTRL+F5.

Like I said, a few times my ip would not change on IPBurger. I reloaded, I closed/reopened firefox, still no luck. I then hit CTRL+F5 and it updated

Sorry Lakeman, I didn't read that you put "CTRL" before F5. My bad. F5 is a reload/refresh. CTRL + F5 forces it not to look at the cached content and actually go and retrieve the info again.
