I think its time i got royal mail+ the cops involved | Either EB or PP dealt with this, not both of them (???).
The seller CAN mark it as received, understood BUT there are NO electronic funds transfers/&/or records (as in your case) which EB/PP can discern about for that particular EB/PP A/C item transaction.
You will have very little to no leeway with the Police on this.
I cannot offer you 'better' advice than the given below to you: Time to stop the phone calls. You are wasting your time.
Get all the evidence together from the seller telling you of his limit issues & RM telling you delivery info.
Frankly you are waffling around. Do you not know how to make a statement of the issues in writing?
