As i posted on public forum... This has happened to me already on 1 stealth i just made. Vetting department.. asking for me to fax/send stuff.. The creative folks are about to get really busy. Any recommendations?
Tried to send me to vetting department... sigh if they can't pull information, it seems like this is normal now... not good news

What is the system that ebay uses to generate the questions they ask when verifying ID? Is it something we could access? How could ebay possibly know answers to personal info that wouldn't be in a credit report...how would they access anything like a credit report without a ss#?

So the story is that we need to link the accounts as soon as we make one? I was planning on making one today but it looks like it may not be a good idea.

yes I am posting the question here since it seems nobody wants to answer it in the open forums...that is why it's here now. This is a subscriber forum, so no reason why someone can't answer my question if they know.

Does this new system happen with every new account? Would it be a good idea to wait untill the new year to make a stealth account?

Because it will get abused!!!
So don't expect an answer today, tomorrow, Next Month, Next Year...

SO I guess nobody knows...ok, that's all you had to say. If they did, that would be a good thing to put in the ebay Stealth Book, or at least tips for it.

I will tell you that in my opinion the reason you're not getting your questions answered is your attitude. None of us here are under obligation to answer anyone's questions.
BTW, beating the new MC999 is a cake walk. Search the archives, it's all there. |

I never said anyone MUST have an answer to my question...but this forum is here to ask questions, right?
I don't use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info, so a database would be helpful.

Well, my ass was just kicked by the public database questions. Selling limit = 0.

Making good solid accounts beats it 9 out of 10 times.
I have made, sold sold my own items on my own accounts I created and created close to 500 accounts this month with only a handful getting the new mc999 and all of them have been easily fixed with a phone call.
To be honest you just cannot make an account anymore without some experience behind making them.

Buy a prepaid mobile phone and then register your accounts. I've had nothing but good accounts this month on all the accounts registered with prepaid phones. I've completely stopped using google voice.
As for making accounts, it's easy, but you will encounter trial and error. You just need to keep detailed logs and records, so when you get trouble, you can go through and see what you've done differently. The Stealth Book is probably fine, but I can tell you for sure that ebay and paypal have made changes in the last two months and certain details of the book will not be updated. For one, Google Voice should be phased out completely, that's a sure trigger right now for new seller accounts.
I alway's switch up my routine, and when I do, I alway's keep pretty detailed notes. As a result, when 2 accounts get shut down that have the same common notes, I can better isolate what caused the problems.

Yes, there are many here who have selling limits in the 100's of THOUSANDS all automatically, without EVER calling in or requesting limit increases, it just takes time, and you need to manage your business/ebay account properly

new windows account
fresh name and address (just make sure it's a real address)
prepaid phone number
visa gift card
gmail account
(less than $20 bucks invested)
That's all you need.
Sign up for ebay, sign up for paypal, register a seller account.
Keep detailed records of all your account info, and any other relevant notes.
Start slow, sell some low risk items. After a few weeks bump it up a little. Then start pushing towards your limits, while staying at around 10 items per month, and no more than 1k per month as to not hit the paypal SSN requirements.
Lather, rinse and repeat.
