Maybe something with your ip, maybe its because you listed same items with the same info.
Couple of days ago i called eBay and they told me there's a new rule, you must call them if your account is new.

You are definitely linked. Yo should prob list the steps you took to create the accounts.

My first guess is that you used the same Windows User Acct. Then again, it could be your IPs. But I am just guessing. We really need some more info.

Sorry to hear that, you must have linked all those accounts. Reflect and think about every step you used in creating the 6 accounts.

Hope you find out what you have done that may have gotten you linked somehow.
What company do you use for your IP addresses? phone numbers? etc..

First I created a new user account, turned my phone on airplane mode, turned airplane mode off, logged the IP. I created a new email address, then a new Paypal account, logged in to a prepaid card site that is with the Bancorp bank, retrieved the routing and account number number and attached it to my Paypal account. I then confirmed my email address to fully activate the Paypal account. I then created an eBay account with the same email and information I used for my paypal account (all fictitious address and name, real phone number) Then I let the eBay account sit for 3-5 days. 3-5 days later, I logged back in, verified the bank account, then I added a phone number to the eBay account and linked Paypal. I listed one item, a $5 lip gloss. Once that sold I listed 5 more cheap items, all sold, shipped, and received positive feedback within a week or two. After about 20 days have passed since I created the eBay account I start selling more high prices items. As soon as I list the high prices items (only 1 or 2 of them!!) my account gets the MC011 notice! This has happened with all of my accounts. I have been using this routine for years and have never had a problem unless I accidentally linked ip's! But I don't think that happened this time. The only thing I can think of is eBay is getting stricter by the minute...

google voice will get you banned. tracfone is good. Like i said, verizon ips cycle, its best to setup a linux vps with VPN on it to get a Dedicated IP.

Ebay deffinately knows of the method of start selling fb items -> move to high risk items. Now that I reread this, it doesnt seem so much of an instant account ban but more of like what rsot is saying, maybe a high risk item, or maybe on ebays watch list, you should open the account, let it sit for a couple days, build some history on it searching for things, and immediately list the high risk item, from your PM I know this is a waste of a bank account, so try getting a VBA and then have a paypal account that is primarily used for withdrawing and find clever ways to send it to the paypal account with the vba, you could prolly save a good amount of money this way, you could cash out the paypals with an amazon account (if they accept paypal to checkout as a customer) and then just request a gift card, and you can either resell that on ur legit ebay or just use it (who doesnt need gc's from amazon). But anyhow, list this item and see if they ban you right away, or what happens

questions to ask yourself

1) Are you using the same photos from before? You do know that EXIF data is stored from when the camera takes a picture, and ebay can use this information to link the account and ban you
2) I would ask if you are using the same ip, it could be a link with the ip addreses, you should really look into dedicate ip addresses from a vps company or something
3) Stop using bank accounts for every account, its kind of a waste, you can create the accounts in 3's and then find ways to send them the money, create ur primary paypal that you will use to check out with, use an EIN from establishing a llc or some ****

okay if u have any other questions let me know, were here to help

MC011 is one of the hardest link you will ever find. I believe your accounts have been unregistered.

I hope you kept record of your IPs and never crossed topological spaces between the 6 accounts.

Based on your story, these accounts must have been a few weeks or months apart.

Revisit your methods of stealthing, you should never back-off. This is just an eye opener leading you to the million dollar golden gate.

That's what I was told by the eBay representative I was speaking to. He said my account received this restriction because my actions have been consistent with high risk behavior.. Something like that.

It's a number of factors including how you create your account(s) and how you use it that can affect it's outcome. I like to think of an eBay account with points and the more things you do that look suspicious cost you points and at a certain level your account is limited. Accounts have to be made perfectly and blend in with other buyers/sellers as to not attract attention.. obviously high risk items are a big red flag, having little to no account history is no good, among other factors. If all the accounts went down at once.. you were linked. Also creating your account with certain services are a big no-no now, example Google Voice is causing issues.

This just happened to me a few wks ago. 3 Accounts simultaneously received MC011. I was asked to submit proof of delivery for all then reply via email that it has been done. Called eb and was told my account will remain restricted indefinitely. Asked the rep why and he said he could not tell me because that would reveal how they identify these kinds of accounts. I consider this a blessing...

Another way ebay helps the seller .

Look over everything and see what flaws might be there for you.

It is a shame to lose accounts & not have any hints.

Good Luck with the future.

Apart from high value items, items lower than $1 may be flagged for review as well.
