Make sure to wash your photos with EXIF removers, Batch Purifier works well. Also, new descriptions and titles.

Log those IP addresses as well all the time as at some point IF you expand to more accounts you have a full history of IPs used.

Good luck

BatchPurifier - Remove Hidden Data from Multiple Files

Download here. Check the link before you download, I can't find the link I got it from.

Not that you should or should not. But you dont have to until paypal requests it at around 170 sales or 17k(although it can be earlier or later)

The problem with adding it right away is just in case you get 0-0 selling limits or the account does not last very long(hey, it happens).

If you wait until you absolutely have to, you can then make the decision about the account. Is it going to last? Is the feedback at least great? Any policy violations or warnings? etc... and then make the educated decision of adding it or not.

Basically just reduces the risk of burning an EIN that can be costly and timely to setup.

I wanted to sign up for a paypal business account. But I think what you're saying is I could have upgraded later?

The EIN didn't cost me anything tho.

Yes, upgrade when required.

You chose a sole proprietor?

No, LLC. That's what was recommended.

Good choice. so within the next two years you have to file with a State. To open a bank account you have to file right away.
That costs some money and most states have some sort of minimum taxes. Example, CA approaches $1000 to file. MA is $525 to file and a minimum $500.00 fee every year even if you loose money and turn no profit. Also it usually is an additional accounting fee.

All these things are really just a small cost of doing business right?

But if you loose the account, it stinks to have to go through the process again.

That is why most of us always recommend to only add the EIN when you are required. Basically insurance.

All new pics, but also use batchpurifier or a similar service. You can be linked by the device that took the pics.

This is the real link and download.

Looks like for the State of CT:

File annual report $ 20
Business entity tax (every other year) $ 250
articles of organization $ 120
Name filing $ 60

Not too bad. But thanks for all the info!

The good news is that no matter what, your new Company is useful. You can open multiple stealth accounts and withdraw to your business checking and savings accounts. You can run everything through the company even if you happen to loose the EIN registered ebay/paypal.

I wish you luck and congrats on your brand new account!

Good to know!

Now I'm going to browse around eBay with my new identity and let them get used to me!

If I want to buy something with my new name to build a history, can I ship it to my old address or will that link me? (possibly a very stupid question, but as my old english teacher used to say, "No question is a stupid question").

Get a PO box or alternative shipping address such as a UPS store.
When opening a PO box online, you can add several additional names, so your business name etc..

Pretty low risk addresses even if related to other ebay sellers are retail strip malls, UPS stores, industrial addresses and I am speaking for addresses for returns/purchases. I have a lot of friends in business so this is very handy when I am buying.

You must understand now that you can not use any old or banned info on new accounts.

A dangerous word happens, LINK.

Avoid that to keep the new stealth accounts viable.
