Activity: 0% Longevity: 67% | | Account purchased here MC113
Always logged into account email from windows user account and stealth iP
Tracked all IPs in excel file
Sold my used personal goods- 8k in 6 weeks
No cases, no bad feedback, tracking numbers UPS(From a different location), all messages answered.
Added items i was to sell to watch list before listing.
edit- I changed my number to a new one. A few days ago.
When asked the guy said discrepancies in my personal information.
This has put me off stealth completely, at any time an account can be banned?
Ive been running 3 accounts for 4 years until this one has been banned.
I couldn't add a bank to the paypal just now to withdraw the money. Now I have all that money I need locked away from me. I feel sick because they were my own items that I need to sell to raise funds.
Does MC113 also ban the paypal too?

Did you buy an account with no selling history and then sell £8000 in just over a month?
That is far to much, to fast on a new account.
When ebay ban a user, they NEVER tell you why it was banned. So not sure how they told you ''discrepancies in my personal information''
Is your paypal account limited to?

I am amazed you managed to sell so much before the bank to be honest.

Firstly - its wise to speak to the seller you purchased from to see if theres anything they can do to assist you. Quote:

| That to me sounds like a red flag right there. You shouldn't (IMO) be selling more than around £500 in the first month - then build from there. Quote:

| If you raise flags like the way you did, even genuine accounts can get selling priviledges removed. Quote:

| You should of been withdrawing money on a weekly basis from the start. This is part of the nurturing process. Example, Week 1, Sell £100, withdraw £50. Leave remamining balance, and so forth... Quote:

| eBay and PayPal suspensions can often happen in sync.
Moral of the story - Stealth is not just about using a new account and keeping it unlinked from others. But its also about how to *sustain* your accounts.

So what if someone has a business and they want to liquidate stock, so go on eBay to sell it.
They'll also be suspended and have their money taken?
What gives them the right? Shouldnt they say, you shouldn't be selling this amount for 4 months if you do you'll be banned.
They kept increasing the limits of the account every week like they were encouraging it.
I thought selling used personal things of the same type would not cause a problem.
What a farce when automation goes wrong. And how does paypal have the right to follow what eBay do and keep someones money. Didn't they tell the lawmakers they've split. A joke.

Is your paypal account limited to? | I sold two items worth 3.5k in the past two weeks. The first 5 weeks I sold books and CDs. That 8k is mainly 3 high value personal items I sold. Quote:

I am amazed you managed to sell so much before the bank to be honest. | See above Ive sold about 10 items in total. Not hundreds of things. The valuable stuff was of antique nature and ive owned them for a long time. Quote:

I don't know if ill ever use eBay / paypal again to be honest. Too much power over the common man.

High value items like that is very abnormal and almost always will cause a limitation.

Your comments seem to infer that eBay and PayPal are moral and caring conglomerates. Their not. They bend all rules in their favour.

ebay and paypal are private companies. They can do whatever they want. If they dont want you to sell, then you are not going to sell. If they feel you are a risk to them, then they have no legal reason not to limit you.

What did you think changed? ALL credit card processors can hold your funds for 180 days because they sense a risk.
If they 180 days has gone by and you still can not add a bank account, then you usually can call in and have it added.

I appreciate you all helping me here.
Also the fact that I couldn't add a bank means Its going down?
I sent over money to another stealth, couldn't give a . if it gets linked just need the money. Now they're not letting me upload docs that I did send that money over.

You have only stated you could not add a bank account. That does not mean you are limited. There are loads of instances where people experience issues when adding a bank account.
Contact Paypal - add the bank - withdraw.

You can probably tell how angry I am! | Amazon are no saints either. They are as strict, and will do the same thing PayPal has done. But Amazon are strict in different ways.

Contact Paypal - add the bank - withdraw. | Its limited now for unusual activity because I sent the money I had to another account 5k and they won't let me verify. I have bills to pay and I panicked.
We were unable to process your bank registration at this time error. On the classic site too.
So I send my money over to another stealth. Which was a mistake because their system has thrown up a 100 alarm bells.
Its still got a few grand in pending too from recent sales. 5k available 3 pending.
So now when I log in they want docs, then I go to upload docs and Im met with another sorry we cannot upload at this time.
So now doubt the eBay link has transferred to the paypal. Bay went down yesterday actually.

my account has gone down with amazon in the past, the difference is they are one company. So I clicked the help button on the side and worked it out with them within one hour.
