They are open the same hours as the store itself, so are open until late and on Sundays.
I might only send half a dozen RM these days so buy the postage label in ebay, and drop them in the post box. These are 2nd LL and seem to get there in 3 or 4 days. When I have used the RM customer service point, they have taken the packages and dropped them into the bag without scanning. The post offices do scan though and give a receipt.
Most of mine go Hermes and I drop them off myself. I get to take my parcels out the back and scan them myself! I have been using them for years and for the amount I send, I get very few problems and when I do, I claim and it gets paid out in about 3 weeks.
Collect+ used to use YODEL and they were rubbish at delivering. Took ages for customers to get the parcels. Booking direct with them, the parcels got there in a couple of days. They just damaged too many. Nowadays I only use them when booking with Send2China. Parcels only have to get to their place before changing carrier to get on its way to China.
