Free Confimation Text?

Hi, anybody know what UK mobile providers SIM card can receive calls & text without topping up the Sim card?

I have been using Asda mobile sim cards, I could just pop the sim card in without topping it up & can receive phone calls & text messages for account confirmation.

It doesnt seem to work now, any others work?

Sometimes there is a massive delay. You can try resending again or instead select the option to have them call you instead where you the input the code shown on the screen?
