Is this the way it is for UK accounts only? cause I don't think it applies to US account and if that is the way it is perhaps youll need to look into operating US accounts instead of UK ones. Is that an option for UK users?

And yes it is legal for paypal to look at credit records. You agree to pretty much everything when you sign up for an account.

It cannot be the same as old one, right?
What about the returns?

would this work?
the only thing that would be sort of similar is the name? (but maybe the system will allow you to add or take away one letter?
can someone shed some light on this for me? | for sure it would
If you have a new last name , new address the card would work because it would have the same postcode and would be in your real name.
I would love to know why some seem to think you couldn't.

Some banks offer overseas accounts but things like that are much more tricky to operate.

By using real bank cards our real details are there for them to see and our stealth ID's would be blown.

This is not what an AVS check does. A card transaction with AVS enabled produces a code that states either a full match, partial match or no match has been made against the address provided by the merchant (Paypal). The merchant then uses a set of rules to decide whether to accept the transaction.
At no stage does Paypal see the real info attached to the debit card.
Entropay works as a VCC as it does not produce an AVS code. Paypal's automated rules initially accept cards with no AVS info. However when a card is asked to be confirmed as part of a limitation process, Paypal do require AVS info.

I'm setting up new paypal account, are we saying in this thread that we can set up an entropay virtual credit card with our real name and address and then use it for a stealth account because Paypal cannot see that real name and address?
Can I then use the main card that have my real details or is there another step e have to take when using entropay?
Sorry for being a bit dim today.

Sorry for being a bit dim today. | Yes Entropay will work with any address, ie your Paypal account is 12, stealth Street, stealthtown, and your Entropay account address is your address.
Don't apologise, you can help it

Sorry for being a bit dim today. | no no no NO....
easier that what you just wrote:
Make the entropay with your real ID. Fund that main account.
Use funds from that to make your virtual card to use with paypal.
ALL that is needed is the numbers.... yep, no name, no address: simply those sweet little numbers.
easy peasy.
