I think you are imagining stealth accounts are more important to Ebay than they really are

I'm not including all stealth accounts but invariably scams, 'lookie lickies', unauthorised listings are all on stealth accounts and people who use stealth to do normal trading are the ones who will get destroyed

You only need to look at historical postings on this forum for people wanting 20, 30, 40 or more stealth accounts

Why is that? I would suggest that it is because they knaow their accounts will have a very short life because of the product they are listing

It may be unpalatable but Ebay don't want these sellers

Stealth will still carry on but the slash and burn accounts of the past will be history

Many years ago the perceived wisdom on this forum was that you needed to have access to any stealth address you use

Over time workarounds were found.

The difference now is Adyen is not Paypal.

You can assume the account sellers will be knocking themselves out to find workarounds and I imagine the guide is being re-written right now

Stealth is not dead, far from it, but it is going to be a completely different ball game from now on

Stealthing on Etsy is difficult and for the same reasons stealthing on Ebay will be difficult - but be prepared to work harder for your stealth accounts
