As expected the personal information couldn't be verified and they have requested ID and proof of address.

A account can use a bank account and be stealth.

PayPal cannot see the details associated with the bank account.

You may be confusing being stealth with trying to be anonymous. Very different things.

What are you talking about ?

I know paypal can see details of a bank account in certain circumstances and not in general

but that has nothing to do with adding a debit or credit card so there for has nothing to do with what I mentioned.

im not confusing anything , I think it might be you who is getting confused.

Can you then just clarify what you are trying to say with regards adding bank/debit cards in your own name?

'I mean most Paypal (Stealth accounts) have a bank accounts attached that links them to the real person so adding a cards neither here or there.'

ive never had the PP "online id check' pass even with a 'confirmed vcc' attatched in paypal.... always fails and requests docs?

I have read the thread, but you still have not answered my question, nor does your first post.

Unless you have a very, very common name, the chances of having two people completely unrelated in the exact same postcode is rather remote. A street with just 60 houses may have 2 different postcodes. Now if you have had an account limited which had you registered in, for example, CR3 6TF and you try to operate another account with the same surname from the same postcode and link a 'real' debit card how long do you think this account will last?

I have a couple of questions if someone doesn't mind answering them. I'm going to get a couple of stealth accounts running and I did purchase the ebay stealth guide a few years back but lost my password to download it.

1) If people are running multiple stealth accounts, how are they getting their new IPs? Are they using a VPN or something?

2) If your stealth accounts are fully verified, where are you getting these new bank accounts from? Surely people aren't actually getting a new current account every time?

Thanks

Sir name does not really matter tbf, its the post code that counts

so what im saying is .

if you add a card attached to a real bank, not VCC and the post code matches that in paypal it will pass this point without the need to provide id, Fact.

adding a card is nether here nor there if you have added a bank account to a paypal account then adding a bank card make no difference to how stealth the paypal account is, Fact.

So that fact that you disagree or not is besides the fact it works regardless of what you say.

most people I would say use dongles and log i.p addresses so not to use the same i.p address on more than one account.

yes they are getting new accounts, either current , basic bank account or savers accounts.

Do you know if this works for things like "cash plus business" accounts - I am assuming these count as "real" bank cards as opposed to VCC?

Cash plus used to work fine , just like normal debit cards but I have not used them for a few years so cannot be 100% sure.

Cash Plus is Co-op bank I believe, I have a co-op bank account at the moment that I am going to add to a PayPal, LMG your VCC confirms your stealth details to PayPal who cannot see your real details in your bank, you add your real bank account to verify your real bank account number to Paypal, they only the account number not the name or anything to do with that

Don't go over your EU limits before you provide ID. NEVER EVER do that.

I have gone over the EU limits loads of times before ID is provided. All that happens is that the account will get limited for a short while. Simply a case of providing ID after having gone over the EU limits and the limiation will be removed.

Never had any issues and it means I get the most out of an account just in case the ID fails.
