1. First, click the UNREGISTER button on the password entry screen. This will simply deactivate the file on your current PC.
2. Next, move the file to your new PC. You can do this by copying the file onto a disk or CD, or simply by using the file download link in your original confirmation email. Alternatively try our downloads [page].
3. Lastly, you must install the viewer software on your new PC and then register the file on your new PC. This is done as described in the video [here].
