 account banned - paying ebay fees
Hello everyone,
i searched around for my question, but i was not able to find it...
here it is:
i have a new account info tied up to a real bank account for ebay and paypal. now that my account was banned/blocked (what ever you want to call it) and i have fees to pay to ebay, do i pay them or not? my fees are very small, but i always wondered what can happen if i or any of us did not pay the fees with my scenario?
