Default account banned - paying ebay fees

Hello everyone,

i searched around for my question, but i was not able to find it...

here it is:

i have a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ account info tied up to a real bank account for ebay and paypal. now that my account was banned/blocked (what ever you want to call it) and i have fees to pay to ebay, do i pay them or not? my fees are very small, but i always wondered what can happen if i or any of us did not pay the fees with my scenario?

thanks,

Peligroso

depends if you like getting phone calls from collection agencies and knocking on your door. if you can handle that your ok . they will chase you for the fees , they use outside agencies and pay them a %% . if they collect. i could tell you a very funny story about that scenario but its not really for open forum. suffice to say a collector was very scared and never came back

hahaha awesome...

well, the only thing that worries me is that i actually put down a real checking account number for ebay \ paypal... besides that, the name, address, phone number and cc's are all pointing to my make name. i guess ebay can just pull the fees from my checking account?

banking law here in the uk states that only a direct debit mandate gives third parties access to payments via electronic means . if a direct debit mandate is revoked for a variety of reason . only known to the account holder and is protected by privacy law. could be a fraud transaction. you can reverse that easily here as i have done so only 1 month ago. i got £291.00 back from a third party. thanks !!!!!
