Default Amazon account suspended and disappeared

Hi all,

I have read some of the posts saying the same tragedy. Amazon US suspended my account and now I am not able to login it. However, my account has $4500 in it. It is a very disgusting strategy to make people having no evidence to claim their money even though you are able to fulfill everything. If they claim that you do not have any account with them, you basically should do a lot to prove it.

Any good suggestion other than forget about it since it is hard to forget about $4500 dollars.

Thank you everyone in advance.

Thank you.

Since the account is actually the so-called steal account, not my real name and address, any suggestion to increase the chance to get the money back.

You can sue them in small claims court in the county where you live. Amazon will have to send someone there to defend the claim or settle with you before the court date. The participation agreement might say you can't sue them in any county other than where their main office is located, but that won't hold up in most cases.

You don' need id to file a court case and can pay/file for it online in most areas with a debit card in the name of the alias . The plaintiff can even have someone represent them in court, so they won't be able to check id's or anything. There are also companies that buy claims against other people/companies, so you might be able to sue them saying you bought the claim. The worst that should happen would be the judge wouldn't grant your claim. Just because Amazon can't verify the info, doesn't prove it's a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ identity.

I eventually decided to contact them. The first answer seems not too bad, at lease they have not blocked me so far. However, it needs to wait another 90 days for actually know what they will do.

BTW, it seems they blocked my other email, which has 50-60 in it, since I have sent them twice without any answer. Will keep sending them email to see what happen.

Hi I'm new here. great site. My amazon account is in review as I checked this morning. I did not get a transfer yet from them .I had transfered the other day but they pulled it back, the account is 2 months old. I had only peanuts sitting in my account so why transfer. Then i listed some items not many maybe 30 and 10 sold not high priced either maybe 15-18.00. so know i have around 300.00 sitting in their. Know i never had received any feedback from buyers. I had put a letter in the bag asking for feedback but never received any. Also I had emailed them 2 times and still no feedback.Know reading some posts. I do not think it would be wise to ship my stuff. I think maybe i should cut my loss on this account! they actually owe me about 25.00. I think I would rather risk losing 25.00 then 300 worth of merchandise in case they decided to suspend my account. It is not a stealth account.any ideas. Thanks

I have struggled with Amazon for a while. My suggestion is to ship out everything and wait for 30 days review. If you do not sell @@@@ items. There is nothing for you to worry about. Additionally, if they suspend your account, you can receive your payment 90 days later.

PS: if you do not have multiple accounts, they seem not to do the same **** like they did to me.

However, if you do not ship out or refund everyone, I bet you will be suspended for sure. And, it will be hard for you to return Amazon forever, Unless you are super careful.

So, my suggestion is to ship out everything and wait for 30 days. I do not think they do anything for reviewing. Just hold and see if any dispute.

I say Hold on to your goods. Just drop the account like a bad habit and start a new one! Don't put your faith into amazon for one minute! Remember who is actually behind that monitor. Some A$$HOLE kid that takes his personal problems out on sellers! Do not put it past them. I've read it before They are a bunch of wineres. And remember. The people that work for amazon SELL ON AMAZON.That is who the large sellers are! They can bump you off in a heartbeat! just start a new account up.

I see a lot of complaining on this forum, and my only guess is that you guys aren't good sellers. Unless you're doing everything right then don't blame Amazon
