Default item sent within australia, buyer said he didn't receive it after 6 weeks

it is frustrating.

we send via australia post, the maxmium delivery time on record is 10 days. now i got someone bought a christmas item on 1st dec,2009, tell me today, after 6 weeks, that he has yet to receive the item and want money back.

i think 99% is that he has got the item and still want money back, because he know we can not provide tracking, it is normal post. the thing is we do not have to refund because it is more than 45 days.

but he can still leave negative feedback. We CAN'T. because we set feedback to be automated when items are paid.

i don't know if it helps to post it here, i just think these people are criminals!

HI.
I am sorry about your expereince. I think you can doing near to nothing now as you have already left feedback. This should be a good lesson learnt and you should not leave feedback prior to buyer leaving you one. I think we need to accept the fact that there are some a$$holes in this world, but we also need to admit that 99% in this world are nice people. You are just unlucky this time.

Dont refund,They cant do a thing, because they have left it to long.
If they leave neg feedback, just make a comment under there feedback saying.

"That you think its unfair for them to leave neg feedback after you have given full refund"
