Default international buyer -- never rcd item, neg feedback

Hello,

An international customer purchased some products from my eBay store. I send it via USPS first class mail. It has been 4 weeks now and customer claims to have not received the products. She therefore left me a negative feedback. I did ship the products with proof "certificiate of delivery." Any way can this feedback be removed?

You can show ebay the certificate, but unless there was tracking there is no proof either way that it was actually received. So it is customers opinion that it wasnt received and that is considered valid by ebay usually

There's also a new option where you can request a buyer to change the negative feedback. I think it's 5 requests per 1000 items you sell though, but it's definitley worth it considering 1 out of 100 can make you 99%, and he probably put you at 0 of 5 dsr scores, and this is what they look at more so now, than the actual percentage.


Also, don't forget about the reply to feedback option. You can't post a url in the feedback, but you can always state your side of the case.

Call the customer. They'll be surprised but most of them would be happy to talk to the seller directly.
