Can someone tell me if this looks legit? The pic looks messed up because I had to crop it to make it fit and change to gif file

Thats a fake. If you want to sell cell phones I suggest you study all aspects of the phone you want to sell and then go forth and look for supplier for that specific phone. You have to choose a couple lines of of phones you want to sell. Do NOT buy any phones from china. There are plenty of legit supplier in the USA no need to go out of the country. You'll have to search on the net on how to find supplier.

you know of any legit USA suppliers who dropship, or at least sell wholesale at a decent price?

Nope I don't use dropshippers. I only buy wholesale in bulk. I can tell you to checkout worldwidebrands.com as they do have legit dropshippers. You can cancel the membership within 30 days.

No one will just give out good suppliers. They are the people that help make others money. If someone has a great supplier that is helping them make money, why would they give out info?
