Entropay problems when adding a solo card as funding source.

I got a message when adding a UK solo card as a funding source. It said "
Action Not Allowed

Your account is not currently set up to allow this function.

"
Anyone know why? Thanks.

I can see my entropay card numbers but cannot fund by my credit card and solo cards. Those cards doesn't work when I created a seller account. Do I have to fund it first? Thanks.

yes, you have to put funds into your entropay account

When I tried to upload fund to entropay card, it shows below messages: "

Add a new Funding Source to your EntroPay Account

Update your Funding Source details

Create a new EntroPay Virtual Card

Try the "Contact EntroPay Customer Support" option.

I checked with entropay. The solo card is not supported. You will need to use another credit or debit card to create your account correctly.
