Has any one tried sigomoney.com , can you withdraw paypal through this??? also they don't require ssn number,
do let me know.
After VMI no longer works with paypal i am in desprate need of a good US debit card with bank account.

You need an ssn if you're a US citizen. But I went ahead and gave them a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ one just for the hell of it. If they accept it and send me my card then great if not then it's no loss.
