PP acct limited, can I insert new PP in ebay?
hi, guys.
My pp acct linked with ebay just got limited. Can I insert new PP acct in ebay to accept payment without damage the new PP acct? thanks |

You must create new ebay and paypal accounts. You will get linked again if you don't. Just follow the stealth book.

I have changed Paypal accounts for an ebay account by changing the primary email address that I have on file at ebay. I am thinking though that once PP limits you, you get a huge red flag on your ebay account and they might not let you even change anything in your user info.
