Account suspended... same bank, real name, diff account?

I was wondering if you all could help me. I have been doing a lot of research today since my account was suspended for being related to another account that was suspended.

My question is this: Can I still use the same bank, the same name and address and the account that got suspended but ADD a NEW checking account? I would of course follow the other steps such as delete cookies, get a new IP, new email, new paypal and new phone number...

Any advice please???

Hi All,
I would like to know how can you open a bank account with a different name in Australia?
I have tried verifying numerous PP accounts using a different name as well as a variation of my own name but the two verification deposits never show up.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

^^^You may be doing something incorrect. Send me a pm about the bank being used. We can probably fix the problem.
