adding suspended bank account to paypal...

Hi,

I created a new paypal account, and I accidentally tried to add a bank account that was linked to a limited account.

However, I could not add because the bank account is currently used with the limited account.

May I ask if my new paypal account is still good? Can I add a new bank account and use it?

I would start over with a new account...you run the risk of losing a bank account if you add one.
