kid I know what you are saying, but I am trying to look at it at a lawyer point of view. Is this a case of money laundering.
If you google it, it states "Money laundering is the practice of engaging in financial transactions in order to conceal the identity, source".
So if we are using FAKE names on Paypal and eBay and its a tool to make money, is that money laundering ?
Myself and I hope it isn't, but you need to look at it at a legal point of view, because if you are caught Money laundering its a serious offence esp in USA/Europe.

is there any online bank that does not ask for identification or is there some sort of online account which can be linked to your bank account but which gives you different account numbers

kid, NEVER open a bank account with a false name it's fraud. You need to have a serious read over everything.

CREAT the bank account in your real name and then in paypal ebay you use the false name.

Once again i will repeat EBAY/PAYPAL DONT SEE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT NAME SO YOUR OK!

I thought it was common sense that it's a free jail sentence to give fake details to the bank?

what happens though when you provide your real name for the bank account, then a fake 1 for paypal and Ebay, after a couple of months, Paypal will ask for verification, photo id, etc, as your account has hit the limit and to remove any restrictions for money laundering, you need to provide photo ID.

What do you do then?

hi
smile is setup online but requires address and name id, you send photo copies
stamped as true copies by a bank or solicitor. e-bay doesnt check address so you can use real one but name either has to be real to submit real docs.

Firstly, your link does not work. Secondly that company has not be so great with supplying UK accounts despite their claims. Accounts purchased have not lasted on ebay UK.

You have been duplicating your posts so they sure get blanked. If you go to the thread named MC Suspension Codes you have been answered.

eta: link works. Browser troubles with me.

Yes GreenBean,

Thanks for that I got the post from you, I am new to all this so I don't know what I am doing but getting the hang of it now ! I checked the link and it seems to work, also my friend has used this guy and has been trading for 9 months with no problems, I am just not prepared to pay £199 for the pleasure if I can do it myself that's why I am here !

Thanks again for answering my question on the other post.

ive just heard from my friend that to verify his bank account with paypal his registered address for his bank had to match what he had input on paypal...

can anyone else confirm this???

if so, does this not cause problems for verifying your paypal accounts because the address would always be the same?

Could you please describe why it's a scam?

Also, only Modee and ebayhateluv are allowed to sell EBAY accounts (on this forum).

Mangler, don't listen to friends, listen to us, paypal cannot see anything registered with your real account, your bank will not provide paypal with any personal information ie, your name, address etc, UK data protection act does not allow this.

Just to add to my previous post, it seems some people are having difficulties verifying their paypal accounts, from personal experience I have verified 2 accounts in the last few weeks without problems, but at this moment we don't know if some banks are sharing information or not.

From what I read, it seems like the information offered in the link provided is the same type of information that aspkin offers, at 10 times aspkin's price. 'Course, that person also advises they offer phone support. They offer the same type of TrialPay offer (which is why they refer to it as "free") that aspkin offers.

Nope... it isn't obvious to me. So I ask again, why do you call it a scam?

I'm sure if it was a scam, aspkin would have removed the link.
