Hi, have posted before on this site but couldnt remember my log in details so had to open another account. Anyway was just wondering if anyone has a solution to voip yet as have just opened a new e and pp account, have used voip but no doubt once the money starts going in i will be limited, any advise would be appreciated.
Also why is this forum so public??? bay and pal must be watching this site constantly so no wonder new ways around their system are quickly being stopped

Has anybody managed to find a solution yet to the problem of verifying Paypal by phone? I have tried using various forwarding numbers but every time Paypal says that the telephone number does not match with the address. If anybody could PM me I would be ever so grateful.

Default UK paypal phone verification

I tried to do the Phone Verification, when the paypal call the VOIP, then I input the code immediately without waiting the instruction in the phone, and then hangup, then the paypal saying the Phone Verification is failed, and they are going to post a verification code to the fake address...

I contacted the paypal to ask them to let me do the Phone Verification again, but they said they can't do it...

what I can do to get the Phone Verification again to raise the Limit?
any suggestion?

thanks!

If it's for paypal, forget it.

You can no longer use VOIP.

Default UK paypal phone verification

Ok, today I got a message on one of my paypal accounts saying

"Please expect a call from paypal soon to verify who you are blah blah blah"

My paypal telephone number was just a random house number with area code. I have since deleted this and put my mobile number as the only number on paypal, so should they ring I can answer.

Does anyone know what questions they ask, and what the process is? And how soon after I have recieved that message should I get the call?

Secondly.
I have now recieved over £650 on one paypal account and I have to add more options to paypal to verify. They are...

Add and confirm a bank account
Link and confirm your credit card
Validate your Account Information

I was thinking of just adding a savers account as the bank account. Using entropay on the credit card? (Does this work?)

Its always best to add the CC and bank before receiving any payments, but I have read that entropay works well, and im assuming a savers account is the same as a savings account and yes they work too, I would add these to your account asap...and make sure you have all your account info handy for when they call like address, name, last 4 of the CC, etc...in US accounts Paypal accepts mobile numbers but im not sure about UK

You can withdraw £500 in any one month with a total withdraw of £650 for the year. I would suggest that you add your savings account and withdraw that balance immediately. To let you know savings accounts will not work unless they can accept Direct Debit so I would advise you contact your bank and ask if it doe. You will be able to add a savings account (I have), so do that now and withdraw the funds straight away as they may block you withdrawing very soon.

when u confirm withdrawl money is not withdrawl immediately u will see status pending.. and after about almost 2 days it says complete.. so within that time frame they can cancel the withdrawl if they feel anyting suspicious.. and paypal uk does accept mobile numbers but they cannot be used for verification.. just as u can add entropay credit card but cannot use for expanded use number.. got the idea i guess?

Default UK paypal phone verification

Hey all,

If anyone has a solution let me know, from my past experience (5/6 accounts) i have only had to verify by phone a few times?

This time i've had to use fake address and a rerouted number to my landline.. The number is in the same area as my address just routes to my landline.

Any options avail atm?
