That's on the buyer, not the seller. If the package says delivered, you will win ( under $700 of course). Period. Everyone that says otherwise on here, is wrong, or doesn't understand how ebay works. I've won maybe 50 INR cases. Delivered? DONE. Period. NO questions asked. Doesn't matter if someone stole it from the porch or mailbox. If the buyer wants to pay for sig, they can do so. Only insurance is on the seller.
