Awful seller. I asked for a VCC that works for Mercari, he sent me a prepaid visa that is known not to work for Mercari. I then notified him, then he gave me another Visa that also didn't work and also expires in one month. I asked him to just refund me since I never used his cards and then he just ignores me.

I'd buy from someone else
