This seller sent VBA that could not be validated for eBay MP registration. No word from seller after details did not work.

The debit card I used to set up my Amazon.com no 2 stealth account has expired.
Can I buy a Amazon VCC card that I can replace with ....do you provide instructions on how to use as I cannot use my own name and address on it as I already use for my other Amazon account.
