Bought a batch of 10 cards for UK Paypals. Created 100's of Stealths over the years and all 10 were hit with "We've noticed suspicious activity on a credit card added, we need to confirm your identity".
Reached out to the seller and basically passed blame then ignored. Would not recommend taking the cheaper option on this site.
